Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Antren (web: app.antren.app, and the iOS and Android apps). Antren is provided by Mehmet Kunter Barlak (sole proprietorship, Istanbul, Türkiye). By creating an account or using Antren you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Antren is a scheduling tool: trainers open session hours, trainees book them or join a waitlist for full ones. Antren only provides the scheduling. The session itself, its content, place, price and payment are between the trainer and the trainee. Antren is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for whether a session takes place, its quality, or its effect on anyone's health.
2. Your account
- There are no passwords: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keeping your email account secure is your responsibility.
- The information you provide must be accurate. You may not transfer your account to someone else.
- Trainee accounts are created only through a trainer's invite. An account is either a trainer account or a trainee account.
3. Age
In Türkiye, people under 18 use Antren with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Outside Türkiye you must be at least 13 years old (at least 16 in the European Union and the United Kingdom), or have a parent's consent, to use Antren.
4. Trainers' responsibilities
A trainer enters the names and contact details of the people on their list with those people's knowledge, and uses them only to organise sessions. The trainer is responsible for the hours they open, their rules (e.g. cancellation window, daily session limit) and the information they give their trainees.
5. Unacceptable use
- using Antren for unlawful purposes, to harass others or to send unsolicited messages,
- trying to access someone else's account, or to compromise the security or operation of the service,
- overloading Antren with automated tools or trying to copy it.
In such cases we may suspend or close the account.
6. Free and paid plans
Antren has a free plan and a paid subscription for trainers; what each includes and the price are shown in the app and on the store page. Antren is free for trainees.
- Subscriptions bought in the app are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, and that store's terms also apply.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refunds are handled in the account settings and under the rules of the store you bought it from.
- We announce price changes in advance; they apply from the next billing period.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may add, change or remove features to improve Antren. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance or faults may cause short interruptions. We recommend not relying on Antren alone for critical session information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Antren (e.g. a missed session, lost income). Liability for intent and gross negligence, and consumers' statutory rights, are not affected.
9. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in the app under Settings (Profile for trainees) → Delete account. Upcoming sessions are then cancelled and your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have a paid subscription, you also need to cancel it in your store account settings.
10. Intellectual property
The Antren name, logo, design and software belong to us. The content you enter (name, photo, session details) is yours; we use it only to provide the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will ask for your consent again in the app or notify you by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country where you live are not affected.
